At Couture USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery provided the security tag remains attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day return window.
Secure the Security Tag
Ensure the original yellow security tag is still attached to the item; returns will not be accepted if this tag has been removed or tampered with.
Pack and Ship
Place the item securely in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our authentication center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
